Key Points:
According to @trade_tg data, the number of tokens claimed by users highlights the significant difference: Notcoin leads with 11.5 million tokens, compared to zkSync’s 695,000 and LayerZero’s 1.28 million.
The total airdrop value at an all-time high (ATH) further illustrates Notcoin’s dominance. Notcoin token airdrop reached a value of $2.5 billion, whereas zkSync and LayerZero trailed with $954 million and $323 million, respectively.
The notable achievement comes after Notcoin released the NOT token on the Ton blockchain in May and distributed over 80 billion tokens to users. This rollout was part of a broader strategy, with a maximum supply of 102 billion tokens, and allocations of 3% to Binance Launchpool users and 1.5% to OKX Jumpstart users.
In contrast, zkSync recently conducted a token airdrop, distributing 3.6 billion ZK tokens to over 695,000 addresses. This move sparked mixed reactions within the community, with some critics arguing that zkSync favored projects and teams over actual users.
Notcoin’s integration into Telegram as a Mini App has been a key factor in its widespread adoption. Users can mine tokens by simply interacting with the app, converting accumulated balances into NOT tokens at a ratio of 1000:1. This user-friendly approach has attracted over 35 million players to date.
In recent developments, $3 million worth of Notcoin was destroyed, and $4.2 million was allocated as rewards for Gold and Platinum users of Notcoin Explore. Looking ahead, Notcoin plans to continue incentivizing users with NOT tokens for exploring the crypto ecosystem.
