Controversies and Challenges in Hamster Kombat’s Growth

Following the popularity of Hamster Kombat, some controversies have been raised related to HMSTR distribution. Sources reported that the number of tokens players receive is primarily determined by the number of friends invited through referral links, rather than gameplay achievements.

Such a situation has generated dissatisfaction within the hardcore community members who have invested much time in playing the game.

Recently, Hamster Kombat took action against cheating by banning over 2.3 million accounts and recovered 6.8 billion tokens. Half of the tokens recovered this way have been redistributed to honest players; the other half will be destroyed.

According to Foresight News, Hamster Kombat also has had an unexpected impact on the Russian e-commerce market, with some players purchasing fascia guns to enhance their “hamster knocking” ability in the game. The trend has led to increased sales of fascia guns on Russian e-commerce platforms.
