Pump Science Tokenomics Design: 5% for Previous Holders

Pump Science tokenomics indicates that 5% of the future tokens shall be allocated to previous token holders during the migration process. Holders of the existing PS tokens, like RIF and URO, will be able to claim new tokens. Each new product opening will also launch more products, and so on.

Every new token launched on the platform has a custom bonding curve, with parameters taken from pump.fun. This implies that each token’s market cap starts at $5,000, while its price grows as liquidity is added. Once the liquidity reaches 85 SOL, it gets migrated to the automated market maker Meteora.

BIO Airdrop and Expansion Plans for Pump Science Platform

Along with the continuous token strategy, Pump Science has announced that BIO Protocol will airdrop BIO tokens to the URO and RIF holders. While the team is still awaiting governance approval to connect BIO with Solana, additional airdrop initiatives are being considered.

Pump Science, launched in October 2024, is the first of its kind platform to propose and test life-extending drugs. The project brings together a model maker of memes to help researchers raise funds while letting users predict the success or failure of various experiments. Currently, the platform supports two tokens, RIF for Rifampicin and URO for Urolithin A, representing drugs under research.

Researchers who are pre-approved by Pump Science pay in SOL tokens to launch tokens for their respective drugs on pump.fun. Although still in its infancy, the tokenomics of Pump Science is designed to bring transparency, fairness, and potentially high funding in the life sciences.
