The White House Crypto Summit is drawing participation from key industry leaders and government officials. While official invitations have only recently been sent, several executives from major crypto firms have confirmed their attendance.

With increasing government scrutiny and calls for clearer policies, the event is expected to guide future regulations impacting exchanges, institutional adoption, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

White House Crypto Summit to Feature Celebrities on March 7

According to a report by Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett, the White House Crypto Summit will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST on March 7.

The meeting is expected to be a closed-door roundtable with approximately 20-25 attendees, including members of the Presidential Working Group on Digital Assets. Due to this select format, industry invitations have been limited.

Among those confirmed to attend are Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, Kraken CEO Arjun Sethi, Bitcoin Magazine CEO David Bailey, and Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov. Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev also hinted at his participation by posting a cryptic reference to the movie National Treasure on social media.

Other notable figures include Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy, and Matt Huang, co-founder of Paradigm. Additionally, Zach Witkoff, co-founder of the Trump-linked crypto project World Liberty Financial, will be present.

From the government side, AI and crypto czar David Sacks is expected to play a key role in discussions. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, along with acting heads of the SEC and CFTC, may also attend.

However, the attendance of Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, Solana founder Anatoly Yakovenko, and Gemini’s Winklevoss twins remains unconfirmed, despite speculation that they could be involved in the talks.

Trump Administration Aims to Solidify U.S. Leadership in Cryptocurrency

The summit’s agenda has not been publicly disclosed, but it comes at a pivotal time for the industry. Shortly after taking office, President Trump signed an executive order establishing the Presidential Working Group on Digital Asset Markets, aimed at shaping a regulatory framework for cryptocurrency.

In addition to the main summit, an exclusive reception will take place across the street from the White House, allowing a broader group of industry participants to engage in discussions.

A recent White House statement reiterated Trump’s commitment to making the U.S. a leader in digital assets, positioning himself as “America’s first crypto president.” The administration has emphasized the need for clear regulations to foster innovation while ensuring economic stability.
