The Dynamic Token (DYN) is a payment token for transactions that holds significant global importance and acceptance within the Real Estate market. What sets the DYN token apart from others of its kind is its unique design, which aims to prioritize utility over speculation by directly referencing real estate.

Connecting to Ultra-Premium Real Estate Assets

One of the key features of the DYN token is its direct connection to ultra-premium real estate assets in the world's most prestigious financial centers. When tokens are sold, a significant portion of the funds generated will be allocated towards acquiring these high-value properties. The income generated from these properties will then be used by Dynasty to repurchase DYN tokens from the market. The repurchased tokens will be burned, effectively reducing the overall number of tokens in circulation and increasing their scarcity.

Transparency and Token Supply

To ensure transparency and clarity, the smart contract governing the DYN token sets a total token supply of 21 million tokens. These tokens will be released annually in four tranches of 5,250 million tokens. Additionally, the smart contract also includes a burn wallet, which further contributes to the reduction of tokens in circulation.
