Pharrell Williams becomes Brand Director of NFT Doodles

The Doodles project officially invited Pharrell Williams, the international music scene, to become its Brand Director.

Information about musician and producer Julian Holguin joining Doodles as CBO was revealed at NFT. NYC is one of the first and largest NFT conferences on the planet.

In addition, the project also reveals the launch of Doodle 2.0, a new collection with many exciting features, but it will not be released on Ethereum.

Williams’ development direction

Williams will direct the series’ approach to music, events, artwork, consumer products, and animation. Williams will also be the producer of an NFT-inspired music album called “Doodles Records: Volume 1”, released by Columbia Records.

Doodles is a collection of 10,000 NFTs launched in October 2021. The project quickly exploded and became one of the most valuable collectibles in the NFT avatar niche. The project was co-founded and led by Evan Keast and Jordan Castro, behind the first blockchain game CryptoKitties in 2017, and its main visual artist, Scott Martin.

Doodles successfully raised an undisclosed amount in the first round of funding led by Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, VC Seven Seven Six.

This NFT’s floor price rose by 9.8% when the above news was released, and the cheapest versions currently cost 14.88 ETH (about $16,013). However, NFT sales have surged to nearly $3 million in the last 24 hours alone.
