Opera Is Providing New NFT Analytics Tool

Web3 browser Opera has launched DegenKnows, a new non-fungible token (NFT) analytics, tracking and exploration tool that includes on-chain and off-chain analytics.

The new tool intends to make it easier for users to traverse NFT projects and have access to social media community information.

DegenKnows is designed to give users access to off-chain data from social media sources like Twitter and Discord in addition to regular on-chain data analysis of transactions and other individual transactions. Users can view the official accounts and major thought leaders for the project’s Twitter feeds in more detail. The platform evaluates the team behind each NFT initiative, taking into account their overall amount of 24-hour mentions, social media followers, and actual fans.

DegenKnows asserts that its “Smart Filter” feature enables customers to exclude projects that wash trade, airdrop, transfer, or are fraudulent.

This most recent product takes advantage of the recent non-fungible token boom, which has seen recent examples such as Reddit NFT, which generates $2.5 million in daily trade volume, and a new NFT collection, Art Gobblers, which has seen trade volume of 9,660 ETH (more than $15 million) since minting on Monday night, per data from OpenSea.

“With DegenKnows, we are giving them an innovative tool to explore and understand the world of NFTs and perhaps spot the next big project ahead of others,” Susie Batt, crypto ecosystem lead at Opera, said in a press release.

Opera browser users are given free premium access to DegenKnows

According to a press statement, all Opera browser users are given free premium access to DegenKnows, while non-Opera users can access a brief free trial that will be accessible until the end of 2022.

After providing in-browser crypto wallet support to scalable blockchain Elrond in September, Opera’s Crypto Browser has now incorporated the Near Protocol and Fantom blockchains in conjunction with the release of DegenKnows.
