The leading talent agency Creative Artists Agency has announced a partnership with virtual land developer LandVault.
The top entertainment and sports agency is Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which also has competence in fashion, digital media, publishing, sponsorship sales and endorsements, media financing, consumer investment, live entertainment, trademark licensing, and charity.
In an email to The Block, a spokesman for LandVault, a developer of metaverse land, stated that CAA would assist the company with talent and brand-led metaverse potential as well as look at opportunities for freshly developed intellectual property.
LandVault CEO Sam Huber is pretty active with the metaverse:
“As we spend more and more time online, the metaverse is going to become an increasingly popular entertainment destination. With this new relationship, we are excited for the opportunity to work with one of the world’s top agencies and their clients as they enter the metaverse.”
LandVault created virtual land for platforms including Roblox, Sandbox, and Decentraland and has worked on more than 200 “metaverse activations.”
By partnering with one of Hollywood’s most influential dealmakers in the sports and entertainment industries, the company may be able to survive the crypto industry’s current bear market.
Average land sale prices have fallen significantly since early last year due to the NTF market’s turbulence, which has been caused by coin prices since the beginning of 2022.
LandVault previously worked with major companies, including Mastercard, L’Oreal, and Heineken.
In order to expand its services into the virtual world of Decentraland, Clear Channel Singapore also established cooperation with LandVault. This would enable companies to connect with customers in a brand-new, possibly unexplored market.
