The esports organization FaZe Clan fires one member and suspends three others for promoting crypto scams
FaZe Clan, a Los Angeles-based esports organization, fired one member, Frazier “Kay” Khattri, and suspended three other members, Jarvis Khattri, Nikan Nadim and Jakob Teeqo, after promoting a cryptocurrency scam.
“The FaZe Clan has nothing to do with the activities of its members in the crypto space. We strongly condemn their recent behavior. The trust and respect of our fans was, is and will always be our top priority, ”wrote the FaZe clan in a blog post. to explain on Tuesday.
The allegations come from the aforementioned members who purposely promote the Save The Kids project and its tokens and are paid to mine altcoins before launching their investments.
Coffeezilla’s YouTube channel claims that the members knew in advance that the project was a scam, although they denied it and tried to cover up the wrongdoing.
Coffeezilla claims through “irrefutable evidence” that the project and its token were not designed to help children but were designed “from the start” to take money from fans of the influence.
