RippleX announced its investment in Mintable, an NFT marketplace that enables users to create, buy and sell crypto products. Mintable is a company supported by Mark Cuban.

In addition to RippleX, the $ 13 million Series A fundraising round for the Singapore-based startup also includes several other big names such as blockchain and mobile game developer Animoca Brands and Metapurse, an investment fund, the world’s largest NFT .

RippleX released an announcement stating that Mintable plans to integrate its proprietary blockchain XRP Ledger (XRPL). The platform says the clean energy benefit that XRPL is harnessing is the ideal target to provide a seamless experience for the NFT.

The eco-friendly properties will enable billions of NFTs to be minted, purchased and transferred to XRPL in a sustainable manner.

Mintable, currently an Ethereum-based platform, is among the crypto-related investments in billionaire Mark Cuban’s growing portfolio. This investor was previously involved in Mintable’s $ 2.5 million seed round in March.

In addition, Mintable has sold and auctioned the works of many Grammy-winning artists as well as famous athletes, and implemented NFT minting with affordable gas fees that allow users to create NFTs without incurring high network fees.
