The crypto market has changed a lot in 2021, the top crypto assets look very different today than they did 12 months ago. Today’s four most expensive digital currencies with a 5-digit value against the US dollar include Bitcoin (BTC) at $36,058, Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) at $36,184 and Huobi BTC (HBTC) at $36,293 and Yearn Finance (YFI ) is fourth at $23,453.

Since HBTC and WBTC are cryptographic forms of Bitcoin, they are roughly equivalent in value.

In fifth and sixth place in the ranking of the most expensive cryptocurrencies are Ethereum (ETH) and an Ethereum token called Lido stETH (STETH). Similar to encrypted BTC coins, ETH and STETH also have the same price.

However, ETH is trading for $2,391, which is only 4-digit dollar value. Another four-digit competitor after ETH and STETH is Maker (MKR) at $1,676.

The above digital currencies represent the seven most expensive assets today. MKR is followed by Binance Coin (BNB) at $364, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) at $281 and Kusama (KSM) at $157.

The other 10 coins behind KSM trading in triple digit dollar value are Aave (AAVE), Monero (XMR), Elrond (EGLD), Compound (COMP), Quant (QNT), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL) , Dash (DASH), Zcash (ZEC) and Bitcoinsv (BSV). Each coin after BSV is trading for less than $100.
