Revolut Secretly Adds Shiba Inu To Its 15M Users Banking App.
Revolut, a U.K. challenger bank, appears to be diversifying its cryptocurrency holdings after quietly adding the decentralized meme token Shiba Inu (SHIB) to its banking app.
Indeed, the fintech business, which has over 15 million members, appears to have developed a feature that allows users to acquire Shiba Inu Coin on its trading platform.
The Shiba community started growing interested when Revolut changed the cover image of their official Twitter profile. The Shiba Inu Dog is sat on an office chair in front of a laptop in the cover image. “Never Settle,” a phrase inscribed on a wall in the background, reads.
Despite the fact that Revolut published an enticing video on February 2 in which a Shiba Inu Dog looks to be working as a Chief Officer, the London-based business has yet to formally announce any listing.
Taking all of the information into account, it is reasonable to presume that Revolut App has introduced the Shiba Inu token to its trading platform. However, it is unknown why no decision has been made to publicly publicize it.
According to CoinMarketCap data, SHIB is now number 14 by total market cap and is trading at $0.00002938, down 5.64% on the day and 5.61% in the past week.
The coin’s market valuation has dropped to $16.1 billion, down from $41 billion on October 29.
Given the massive drop, Finbold’s most recent SHIB price forecast focused on Shiba Inu’s long-term pricing history and if the token may reach a new all-time high in 2022.
