Tranche Finance Overview

Tranche Finance is a decentralized protocol for managing risk. The protocol integrates with any interest accrual token, such as Compound's cTokens and AAVE's aTokens, to create two new interest bearing instruments, one with a fixed-rate, Tranche A, and one with a variable rate, Tranche B.

Tranche Finance re-invents debt seniority for decentralized networks. Unlike other risk management protocols, Tranche Finance provides epochless and completely perpetual de-risked assets.

SLICE Finance Governance Token

Tranche Token or SLICE Finance is the governance token of the protocol. SLICE Finance holders can vote on protocol parameters and other governance issues, as well as stake their SLICE Finance or SLICE-LP tokens for rewards.

SLICE Finance also accrues value with platform usage. The protocol charges fees in USDT, Dai and ETH, accrued fees are then exchanged for SLICE Finance tokens through UniSwap pools.
