OKX Exchange Stopped Withdrawing For More Than 5 Hours
On December 18, OKX stated on Twitter that the transaction order and assets of some ports are now unstable owing to the collapse of the cloud service provider.
OKX‘s Twitter page indicates that a “cloud connection issue” is impacting the user experience and that they are working to remedy it, however the issue has not been resolved as of the most recent withdrawal. Approximately 5.5 hours ago.
If users are unable to deposit or withdraw funds from their accounts, they should try switching networks or restarting the APP.
Furthermore, the platform noted that the development team is collaborating with cloud providers to remedy the problem. Currently, funds are unaffected and secure.
