Shibarium will benefit from support from a significant noncustodial wallet given the rarity of important ecosystem tokens—aside from, of course, SHIB—on major crypto platforms. In order to facilitate pools on ShibaSwap, the native Shiba Inu decentralized exchange, the Layer 2 protocol will use four tokens: SHIB, BONE, LEASH, and a new one, TREAT.
