PancakeSwap Launches Smart Router To Execute Trades Across Multiple Pools
In order to improve liquidity and price, PancakeSwap announced the introduction of Smart Router, a routing mechanism that connects the AMM and StableSwap.
Trading between BUSD and HAY will be supported by StableSwap on PancakeSwap initially; additional pairs and liquidity pools will be added later.
Smart Router may be used to swap stable coins or other pairs of assets with comparable values more effectively while still following the same trading processes. The trade slippage is less with the StableSwap feature compared with regular AMM, and the trading fees are cheaper.
This will reduce slippage and identify the best transaction. To test and further refine the product, The Kitchen will roll out more StableSwap pairings.
