Concept project – What is CryptoPiece?
CryptoPiece is an NFT game that focuses on gamers, made by gamers and for gamers. Want to have players not only feeling relaxed, enjoying their favorite game, but also earning at the same time. Through a unique play-to-earn system, players can gather their crew by recruiting mercenaries through a Mercenary Contract in Merc Centre. They then can sail their ship and go on an exciting adventure. By capturing criminals in Wanted list by the Government, players can earn Belly – the in-game currency – and level up their Merc

What is the project trying to achieve?
CryptoPiece is combined with blockchain technology, in which the reward system is designed in the form of Belly tokens instead of the simple “points” like traditional games. More importantly, you can completely convert Belly into other cryptocurrencies and have value for cash.
Specifically, Belly tokens are used as currency, which can be swapped in Pancake Swap at launch or centralized exchange whenever. Belly can be used to recruit mercenaries in the Merc Center, buy seeds to plant Devil Fruits in the Fruit Market, or trade with other players in the Marketplace.
Mercs are one of the main NFTs in CryptoPiece, which can be recruited through Mercenary Contracts in the Merc Center at first or traded between players in the Marketplace at a later stage.
Gameplay
- Leveling
Mercenaries will start at level one when signing the contract. Each winning fight will give exp to level up Mercenary.
Every 5 levels will give 1.5% more reward and exp. There are thresholds at every 10 levels, in order to pass the thresholds, the player needs to upgrade their merc using Ora Ora No Mi D. Fruit with the same element with the merc. Each threshold will give an extra 2% exp and reward.
- Merc recruitment
In the beginning, the player needs to go to Merc Center to recruit mercenaries by buying a Mercenary contract (gas fee incurred). Upon receiving the contract, the player needs to sign the contract (gas fee incurred) and can receive Merc with rarity from Common to Godly.
- Hunting
Players can go to Battlefield to fight criminals. Each fight costs 30 stamina. Players can choose one among 4 wanted criminals to fight, and each criminal has a different winning probability (20%, 50%, 70%, or 85%). Players earn Belly by winning the battle.
What is unique selling point?
- Account Name: Player can name his account with Identity Contract (purchased in-store)
- Add friends: Players can add friends through the Metamask wallet address.
- Teamhunt: Players can form a team to hunt for special NFT items or lots of experience points & Belly tokens (rewards will range from very small amounts to huge rewards)
- Manage multiple accounts with information: Account list, character list (level, stamina, element, balance…)
- Elemental Potion to change Merc’s elemental (store-bought)
- Staking Feature: One Piece Treasure is open, each participant need to deposit 1000 or 0.1 billion in Treasure’s wallet
