According to ETF expert Eric Balchunas from Bloomberg, the chief investment officer of Valkyrie Investments in the US has withdrawn his proposal to introduce a leveraged Bitcoin ETF.

After Valkyrie launched its Bitcoin futures ETF last week, on October 26th, Valkyrie requested the launch of a more exotic version of the product, with the intent of adding the ability to trade Bitcoin futures with 1.25x leverage to integrate.

However, it became clear that the proposal ended after the Wall Street Journal reported that the US Securities and Exchange Commission asked Valkyrie to withdraw its application.
