Sacks will be joined by several prominent lawmakers, including Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott, Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman John Boozman, House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill, and House Agriculture Committee Chairman G.T. Thompson.

U.S. Government Advances Digital Asset Regulation Efforts

In January 2025, President Trump signed the “Strengthening American Leadership in Digital Financial Technology” executive order, which led to the formation of a working group under Crypto Czar David Sacks focused on creating policies to protect the digital asset markets.

The press conference comes at a pivotal time as discussions in Washington continue over the regulation of digital assets, including stablecoins, decentralized finance, and central bank digital currencies.
