The US Treasury Sanctions Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned digital assets that are relevant to the Russian Paramilitary Group’s Crypto Wallets with these coins: BTC, ETH, and USDT.
OFAC pointed out clearly that the sanction has been issued for 2 entities and 22 individuals belonging to Task Force Rusich.

US Treasury sanctions details
Sanctions will go into effect from 16 Sep
- All property and interests associated with these persons above in the US or other possessions will be blocked.
- All transactions and other issues will be reported to OFAC.
- Entities that are owned by 50% or more by one or more of these persons above are blocked
- Prohibit all transactions from US citizens associated with property owned by these persons above without any consent from OFAC.
Russia’s access to the world’s infrastructure also is served by The US and other coalition of allies as the result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
